Kat Steinmetz is a makeup artist and stylist based in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Kat started her artistic journey at an early age by attending an arts-focused high school with a concentration in painting and photography and continued by pursuing a fine arts degree in college. Her academic background gives her a thorough understanding of color theory, light, and composition and a serious eye for detail. She’s also had a life-long obsession with fashion and a long career in modeling and understands what it takes to be both in front of and behind the camera. She’s a true professional and is easy to work with, adaptable and loves to collaborate and have fun.
In addition to being a makeup artist, Kat is also an award winning singer and part of the musical duo “Kepi and Kat”. She travels nationally and internationally for both makeup and music.
